How rates are applied:
• Maintenance jobs — Rates include labour + first fix + materials (Mantra supplies everything by default). 2nd fix products use PC sums shown in the quote.
• Construction jobs — Rates include labour + first fix only. All 2nd fix items (sanitaryware, tiles, flooring, kitchen units, appliances, doors, radiators, boiler etc) are Client to Supply (CS) and listed in a separate section at the bottom of the quote.
• Items marked "CS" in this library are always Client to Supply regardless of division.
Changes save to Supabase and apply across all devices.
